This city house has a nice open plan downstairs with a bright and airy feel. The glass ceiling to floor windows and skylights around an open air atrium at the back of the house let lots of light in.

The courtyard is graveled and has an exposed existing brick wall which can be accessed by the patio glass sliding doors from the kitchen and the living room.
